Excerpt from Transactions of the Wisconsin State Agricultural Society, Vol. 29: Together With Addresses and Papers Presented at the Annual Farmers' State Convention Held in the Rooms of the Society in the Capitol at Madison, February, 1891
The following motion introduced by ex-president Fratt was carried: Resolved, That the salary of the treasurer of this society shall be one hundred dollars per year; and thereby is hereby appropriated from the treasury one hundred dollars to Cyrus Miner for the year 1890.
